底板采用深級拉伸鋼板,面板采用硬質(zhì)SPCC鋼板,上下鋼板沖壓、點焊成形，外表經(jīng)磷化進(jìn)行噴塑處理，中間空殼填充發(fā)泡水泥，經(jīng)過養(yǎng)護(hù)后形成穩(wěn)定的承載結(jié)構(gòu)，上表面可貼耐磨防靜電HPL貼面或者PVC貼面，搭配聯(lián)網(wǎng)支架和方管橫梁，螺釘組裝。

PVC表面耐久、耐高溫、防塵、防震、防火、抗磨損，不僅適用于南方機房，還適用于環(huán)境溫度和濕度達(dá)不到國標(biāo)規(guī)范的北方機房。

（1）清潔場地，確保地面平整、干燥、無雜物、無灰塵；
（2）拉水平線，并將地板安裝高度用墨線彈到墻面上，保證鋪設(shè)后的地板在同一水平內(nèi)，測量室內(nèi)的長度、寬度及選擇基準(zhǔn)位置，并在地面彈出安裝支座的網(wǎng)絡(luò)格線；
（3）將要安裝的支座調(diào)整到同一需要的高度并將支座擺到地面網(wǎng)格線的十字交點處；
（4）用安裝螺釘將橫梁固定到支座上，并用水平尺、直角尺逐一校正橫梁，使之既在同一平面內(nèi)又相互垂直；
（5）用吸板器在組裝好的橫梁上放置活動板；
（6）安裝地板時用水泡水平儀逐塊找平；在機房設(shè)置較重設(shè)備時，可在設(shè)備基座的地板下加裝支座，以防地板變形；
（7）地板安裝完畢封邊并清潔表面，使地板更牢固、整齊、美觀。
